Good man. Very attentive to our needs and wants, no matter how big, small, or annoying. Ha! From the start, we were assured that everything would be smooth and seamless and he definitely held to that. The entire process was great. Selling and buying. Any questions we had were answered immediately and thoroughly and if he had to get another source for an answer he would. Quickly. That's huge. Even when we had to see 6 or 8 or however many houses in a row in a day, he was totally cool with it. Have a little lunch in between then back on it. It was on one of those days we found our new home. And he had to do double duty because he was selling our previous home. Amazing experience all together. My husband and I could not have had a better experience buying our first home. We truly appreciate the time and care that she took with us, we were new to everything and Dilenia made us feel like we were in not only good hands but ones that we could trust. Dilenia made it a point to get to know us and quickly realized what it was that we wanted for our first home. My husband is an over the road trucker, which made it difficult for him to view homes which Dilenia accommodated. We scheduled viewings of homes with Dilenia one morning and ran late to the first house we wanted to see, Dilenia took video of the house for us to see and met us at the second house. During the tour of the second house she told us we needed to see the first house that we missed because she believed it had everything we were looking for. We went to see the first house with her and as soon as we walked in we knew it was our home. I was asked to move from my rental home after 8 years of renting not missing a payment, ever. Knowing Dilenia's background, she was the first person I contacted. We met at the house, went over a few things such as how the process works, and more importantly, how to make sure the property was ready to market. Because our schedules are typically opposed to one another, the paperwork process was predominately accomplished through emails, and texts. Alex handled a lot the things that were pertinent to the property, such as legal, permit, and HOA searches. This was especially appreciated since the property was located a couple hours from my residence. The house was on the market around a month, and was under contract within a couple weeks. There were several small things that kept coming up that required addendums, which were handled with ease by Alex, once again through email. The house has just closed, and I can honestly say that having bought and sold a few properties over the years, this was by far the most pleasing experience. When it’s time to buy something in the future, I’ll be calling Alex.
